We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition. Items must be returned in the original jewelry box and packaging they were received in.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping – a flat rate of $4.99; we will provide you with a return label and deduct the shipping cost from the total refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return: If you need to return an item: Log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is submitted or approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Pack the item securely in its original jewelry box and ship it back to us. We'll notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Final sale or clearance items unless the item is defective.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you're returning an item due to our error (like receiving an incorrect or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
